Egg


    Eggs are  neara  masterpiece, incredibly simple built up with a egg yolk and a egg white which each have their own characteristics, but they can also be mixed together and then they can turn something new. Eggs can be used for virtually all preparations, both the salty and the sweet kitchen also has the most beautiful and individual wrappers (shell) one can imagine

    When you need to make something with eggs, it is always a good thing to check the freshness and quality.
    You do this by beating an egg out of the aisle in a bowl, remember that only had one egg in the bowl at a time because if you have 5 lovely fresh eggs lying in a bowl and you are going to turn a bad into, all discarded.

    This to check:
    The egg should smell fresh and white must be clear and stretchy.
    The more the white runs out, the older the egg.
    The yolk must be nice glossy, beautiful bright color and nice velved.

    Soft boiled eggs with asparagus, bacon and grilled bread
    4 people
    4 eggs
    8 slices bacon
    8 green asparagus
    8 slices good bread
    2 tbsp olive oil
    Sea salt

    Place bacon slices on a baking sheet and put it in the oven.
    Fry the bacon in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 10-12 minutes. Until it is golden and crispy.
    Remove bacon from oven and place them on a piece of kitchen towel, so that excess fat can “drip” from.
    Clean the asparagus by breaking the root end off and throw this out, wash the asparagus in cold water.
    Bring a saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil, put  the asparagus into the pot when the water is boiling and cook the asparagus for 1-2 minutes according to thickness and so they are still quite crisp.
    Remove asparagus from pan and serve with the soft-boiled eggs with bacon and grilled bread.

    Drizzle the bread slices with olive oil and sea salt, grill them on a hot grill pan or in the oven under the grill.
    Grill the bread for 1-2 minutes on each side until they have nice grill pattern and become good crisp.

    A small pot filled with water and bring to the boil.
    When the water is just on the boil, add the eggs and boil 5 ½ minutes over low heat.
    Once the eggs are cooked pour the water from the eggs are poured quickly with cold water, to stop the boiling, but the egg is still warm.
    Egg eaten immediately with bacon, asparagus and grilled bread, sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
