Eggs


    Breakfast
    Omelette with red bell pepper and basil
    3 eggs
    1 dl. milk
    1 red bell pepper
    10 basil leaves
    1 spoon olive oil
    Salt and pepper

    Put the eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper and mix it well
    Cut the peppers into small cubes and fry 1-2 minutes. in a pan in olive oil.
    Chop the basil and add to the pan and let it fry for 1 min.
    put the egg mixture to the pan and then place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake omelette for 10-15 minutes. until it is nicely golden on top. ‘
    Take the omelette out from the oven and serve it for breakfast, with nice homemade bread.
