Blackberry muffins

    Recipe gives 12-15 muffins.
    100 g soft butter
    200 g of cane sugar
    2 large eggs
    125 g wheat flour
    25 g finely chopped hazelnut
    200 g blackberries

    Stir softened butter and cane sugar thoroughly together, then add eggs 1 at a time.
    Finally, add the flour and finely chopped hazelnuts and mix the dough thoroughly
    Put the dough into 12-15 muffin and add blackberry to the muffins.
    Place the in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for approx. 15 minutes. Until they are completely golden and crispy at the top.
