Bread of nuts
    100 g almonds
    100g hazelnuts
    100 g of linseed
    100 g white sesame seeds
    100 g sunflower seeds
    100 grams of walnuts
    100 g pine nuts
    100 g green pumpkin seeds
    6 eggs
    1 cup olive oil or rapeseed oil
    Pinch of salt
    Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Put baking paper in a bread form and fill the dough in it.

    Put ‘bread’ in the oven and bake for 1 hour. Take the bread out of the form and let it cool on a wire rack.
    Server bread for breakfast, lunch or as an accompaniment to an evening meal.
    Also well suited to roast and eat for strong cheese
