Salad of kohlrabi and cucumber with dill

    2 kohlrabi
    1 cucumber
    1 bunch dill
    ½ dl. Apple vinegar or other light fruit vinegar
    2 tbsp. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil
    1 tsp. acacia honey
    Sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

    Peel the kohlrabi and cucumber, cut the cabbage into thin fine strips and cucumber into little pieces.
    Put cabbage and cucumber into a bowl, marinate with vinegar, cold pressed rapeseed oil, honey, salt and freshly ground pepper.
    Turn it all well and let the salad marinade for 5 min.
    Wash dill and drain thoroughly, chop dill finely and put in the bowl together with cabbage and cucumber.
    Mix it all together and serve the salad as an fresh lunch salad or as an accompaniment to fried fish, poultry or a good meatball,
